During my internship at a city-planning and landscape-architecture office I was contacted by the real estate agent to make a render of a house. This house was up for sale since 2009 but it was in really bad shape. It was up to me to make a impression of what the house could be. Everything except the surroundings of the house and the floor-plans are made in Blender. In the first week that these images were online, the agent got two questions and one sighting from potential clients. In a month time the house was sold.
